ORDER OF PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA PROCESSING

2. Concerning Personal data and other Data of the User their confidentiality remains, except cases when the specified data are public.

3. Society destroys or depersonalizes personal data on reaching the processing purposes, in case of need loss of goal processing achievement and (or) in case of User`s account removal.

4. The operator has the right to transfer Personal User`s information without the agreement of the User to the following persons:

• to state authorities, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local governments by their motivated inquiry;
• to partners of the Operator for execution of User`s orders;
• in other cases which are directly provided by the current legislation of the EU.

5. The operator has the right to transfer Personal data and Data to the third parties who aren't specified in p. 3.5. the real privacy Policy, in the following cases:

• the user has expressed the agreement to such actions;
• transfer is necessary within use of the Website by the User or rendering Services to the User.

6. The operator carries out the automated processing of Personal data and without application of such means.
