You can also collect your order from our office free of charge.

If you would like to collect your order from our office, please let us know in advance by e-mail to any of the addresses listed on our Contacts page.

An order can be returned if it contains wrong items or defective products. Please note that we accept returns only of the complete order (no item may be missing), in its original packaging and in unused condition. If you have received wrong items or defective products, please send an e-mail to info@peptideproduct.eu with the subject “Claim” and your order number.

If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered and you refuse to accept it for personal reasons, you will have to pay the shipping costs in BOTH directions. For deliveries outside the European Union, you will have to pay for customs clearance of the return shipment, which amounts to 20% of the order value.
