Tablets Genero/evening ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (carrier); calcium citrate; magnesium citrate; L-Glutamic acid; L-Aspartic Acid; L-Proline; choline bitartrate; zinc citrate; L-Lysine; fatty acid calcium salts (anti-creasing agent); folic acid.

Recommended as an additional source of zinc and folic acid.

Recommendations for use:

adults and cildren older 14 years by 1 tablet Temero in the morning and 1 tablet Genero in the evening, with meal. Course duration is 4-6 weeks. Is it allowed to repeat course within a year, if needed.
